Where to begin is the question. Dylan was patient, professional, and treated us like his only clients. We closed on 4/12/24, and it was meant to be from day one. Forever grateful!

Hi, I'm Dylan. I've Been Where You Are.
After serving 5 years in the infantry, I came home and realized no one had shown veterans how to truly use their VA loan to build wealth.
So I figured it out myself. I used my VA loan to buy multi-family property with $0 down, live rent-free, and create cash flow. Now I'm a licensed broker, and I help other veterans and service members do the same, and I do everything I can to make sure they aren't paying closing costs to do it.
You served. Now it's time your VA loan serves you.

Before You Book
Is the call really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. The goal is to give you a clear picture of your options so you can make the right move for you and your family.
I'm not in North Carolina. Can you still help?
Yes. I'm licensed in North Carolina, and I work with a network of VA lenders and agents nationwide. I've helped buyers in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Kansas, Indiana, California, and more, and I'll connect you with trusted people in your state.
Do I need my finances "perfect" before booking?
Not at all. Plenty of people book months before they're ready to buy. We'll look at where you are now and map out what it takes to get where you want to be.
What should I have ready for the call?
Nothing is required, but it helps to have a rough idea of your income, monthly debts, and your VA disability rating if you have one. If you've already run numbers in one of my calculators, bring those too.
Can I really buy a multi-family with my VA loan?
Yes. A VA loan can be used on properties with up to 4 units as long as you live in one of them. It's exactly how I got started, and we'll go over how it could work for you.
Your Benefits Don't Do Anything Sitting Unused.
